Moving isn't something the Miller family is lacking in experience.

With locations spanning from Florida to Hawaii, Kurt and Courtney Miller have sampled their share of lifestyles. So which place did they decide to call home?

West central Minnesota, of course. Fergus Falls to be exact. With just a short 10-minute commute to and from work, both say living in west central Minnesota has provided the "best of both worlds."

Kurt, originally from Sauk Centre, has always felt the need to come back to rural Minnesota. When a professional opportunity came with industrial equipment supplier StoneL in Fergus Falls, the couple decided it was time to make the move back to the region.

The Fergus Falls area has been perfect for the couple to raise their two children, says Courtney. "Fergus Falls is big enough to have things going on while also having a sense of community."

Both keep their hands full with constant engagement in the community. Kurt is an Electronic Assembly Supervisor for StoneL, as well as an owner of the tree service, Tree Movers, Inc.  Courtney is a sonographer at Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls, as well as an owner of Before the Stork, which is an ultrasound imaging service also in Fergus Falls.

Even with their busy work life, and both of their children involved in constant activities, Kurt and Courtney seem to find time to "Live Wide Open," specifically with all that Fergus Falls has to offer. Some of their favorite activities include trivia night at Union Pizza and softball with their church.

To Kurt and Courtney, the phrase "Live Wide Open" entails all the best qualities for life. Kurt says, "The region is so wide open with both rich green earth, and a sense of city life as well."

For Courtney, it means "having possibilities everywhere," which the region of west central MN fulfills.

The Millers have seen their fair share of destinations, but for them, living in west central MN is ultimately the perfect landing spot.
