This town event will surprise you; it takes place in 3 LOCATIONS!
LIBRARY EXPANSION - The newly remodeled and expanded public library offers a sneak peek to out-of-town holiday visitors BEFORE the official open house! What’s that mean? The library at 205 Hampden Avenue will open the Jean Dahling Community Room where you will have the chance to share your library memories in a special book. There will not be full library tours - hey, the grand opening happens later! - but you will have the chance to peek inside and get a feel for what’s ahead! Everyone has a library story growing up - what’s yours?
HISTORIC CITY HALL - Stop by city hall and see the exciting storyboard plans on creating an awesome Otter Tail Riverfront! We hope to have a “virtual reality” experience, flying above the Otter Tail River through downtown showing what’s being planned! Bring the kids, too, because Santa is planning one last visit between 10 and 11! Santa selfies are rockin!
DOWNTOWN HISTORIC BUILDING - This downtown restaurant at 106 W. Lincoln Avenue is ready to become something special. As you stroll down Lincoln Avenue, drop in and be amazed! See the high school business students create a custom t-shirt for you! Decorate otter cookies. And at 11:30, if you sing join Santa as we walks over from city hall to lead “pop-up Christmas caroling.” You’ll find all this at the former Bella Cucina location.
ENJOY local products such as Stumbeanos coffee at each stop, be there for “pop-up prize drawings” every half hour (yes, something for last-minute gifts!) and enter to win the grand prize: Fergus bucks and tickets to an upcoming event you won’t want to miss!
